A Women's Iridescent Air Jordan 11 Joins "Space Jam" 30th Anniversary Collection

Although much attention is being paid to Jordan Brand's 30th anniversary retro of the Air Jordan 11 "Space Jam" in its iconic original glory, Team Jumpman has handfuls of more product drops scheduled in celebration of the 1996 film Space Jam. One surprise launch is a Women's-exclusive AJ11 pair covered in an iridescent "Light British Tan/Off Noir/Metallic Silver" color scheme.

An official nickname for the newly-surfaced style is unknown as of writing, but it's possible that Jordan Brand will position the Women's retro as a pair that nods to the intergalactic nature of the Warner Bros. film. A first-look at the latest Space Jam-inspired Air Jordan was spotted by Elden Monitors by way of Nike product shots for Jordan Brand apparel celebrating Space Jam's 30th anniversary. Early shots still leave branding elements and packaging under wraps, but the Women's sneaker features a semi-translucent, icy outsole, dark-colored midsole, and an oil green iridescent finish across the upper.

By comparison, the "Green Screen" Air Jordan 11 opts for suede panels across its upper and glow-in-the-dark outsoles underfoot.

Stay tuned for firm Nike.com/Jordan launch details, which should surfaced shortly before the expected Nov. 11 release date. The "Light British Tan" AJ11 retro is priced at $255 in Women's sizing; sizing for Kids may surface over the next month, but has not been confirmed by the brand.
