After more than a decade on the sidelines, the Air Jordan 4 "Toro Bravo" is finally returning in 2026 — and this time, Jordan Brand is making sure the whole family can get a pair.

Originally released in 2013, the Air Jordan 4 "Toro Bravo" quickly became one of the defining non-OG Jordan releases of the early 2010s. Its bold red suede upper, black support wings, grey accents, and white midsole gave the Air Jordan 4 one of its most memorable modern colorways, arriving during an era when Jordan retros were beginning to take on a much bigger cultural footprint outside of original Chicago Bulls palettes.

That original 2013 release has remained a strong aftermarket performer in the years since, with clean pairs continuing to command prices well above their original $160 retail tag. Part of that lasting appeal comes from the shoe’s simplicity. While plenty of non-original Jordan colorways have come and gone, the "Toro Bravo" never felt forced. It took one of the most recognizable Air Jordan silhouettes ever made and applied a loud, easy-to-read color story that still feels just as sharp today.

For 2026, the Air Jordan 4 "Toro Bravo" is expected to return in familiar form, carrying over the same Fire Red, White, Black, and Cement Grey palette that made the original such a standout. The upper is again covered in red suede, contrasted by black netting, black wings, and matching black details around the tongue and collar. Cement Grey lands on the eyelets and outsole, while a white midsole helps break up the heavier color blocking.

The 2026 pair also keeps Jumpman branding on the heel, matching the 2013 release rather than switching to Nike Air. While some collectors may always prefer the original heel treatment on Air Jordan 4 retros, the Jumpman logo is part of the "Toro Bravo" identity at this point, making its return here feel appropriate.

One of the biggest updates this time around is sizing. Unlike the 2013 release, the 2026 Air Jordan 4 "Toro Bravo" will be released in full-family sizing, giving adults, grade school, preschool, and toddler sizes access to the colorway for the first time. That alone makes this retro feel much larger than a standard reissue, especially for a pair that has been absent from shelves for 13 years.

The timing also fits into Jordan Brand’s broader 2026 retro strategy, which continues to bring back major colorways from the 2000s and 2010s alongside revered OGs. As the Air Jordan 4 continues to rank among the most in-demand silhouettes in the brand’s catalog, the return of the "Toro Bravo" gives new fans a chance to secure a pair without paying resale prices, while longtime collectors get a shot at replacing worn-down originals.

The Air Jordan 4 "Toro Bravo" releases May 30, 2026, via Nike.com and select Jordan Brand retailers like Shoe Palace and Snipes. Full-family sizing will be available.
