Jordan Brand has never shied away from divisive design, especially when stepping outside the bounds of retro catalog staples. Among the most polarizing of those efforts is the Jordan Trunner LX — a performance-lifestyle-runner-trainer hybrid that has been sporadically released since its original debut. From OG reissues to futuristic high-top renditions, and even an unreleased collaboration with Travis Scott, the Trunner LX has quietly built a cult following.
Now, in Fall 2025, the long-absent silhouette is making its return.
Kicking off the seasonal rollout is a bold “Luminous Green/Black” colorway that perfectly complements the model’s audacious blueprint. A bright green mesh upper provides the base layer, while a sea of black overlays and paneling give structure and edge to the design. Midsole sections, molded heel clips, protective forefoot guards, and oversized Jumpman logos all come drenched in black, adding balance to the electric green below. A small flash of 3M reflective material at the heel adds subtle contrast — the only deviation from the duo-tone scheme.

With more colorways expected in the coming months, the return of the Trunner LX is set to reignite conversation around one of Jordan Brand’s most unconventional models.
Expect the Jordan Trunner LX “Luminous Green” to hit shelves this Fall on Nike.com and at select Jordan Brand retailers.
