Bronze56K and New Balance Numeric Team Up for a Skate-Ready Take on the 480
Bronze56K has joined forces with New Balance Numeric to rework the classic 480 silhouette, bringing skate-specific updates and old-school basketball flair to the hardwood-inspired design. The result is a functional yet nostalgic shoe that fits seamlessly into both skateparks and streetwear rotations.
Rooted in heritage basketball styling from the ’80s and ’90s, the Bronze56K x New Balance Numeric 480 delivers a streamlined mix of form and function. The model arrives with FuelCell cushioning for added propulsion and impact absorption, while a reinforced toe cap makes it fully capable of taking a beating on grip tape. Its clean design also transitions easily from performance to lifestyle wear.
The collaborative effort keeps branding minimal and refined, letting the construction and materials speak for themselves. Though specific colorways and materials have yet to be fully revealed, expect Bronze’s signature aesthetic to carry through across the design.
The Bronze56K x New Balance Numeric 480 will release at select skate shops on May 16, with a wider launch on NewBalance.com following on May 19, 2025. Retail is set at $120 USD.
