Ronnie Fieg Preps New Balance Made in USA Collection for Kith LA Re-Opening

Ronnie Fieg and his Kith empire are re-cementing their presence in Los Angeles on Friday, May 8. Kith's location in West Hollywood (8500 Sunset Blvd.) has been reworked to include some of the New York City-native's non-product initiatives (e.g. Ronnie's, Kith Treats), but footwear proposals couldn't be absent.

In an Instagram post sharing details about what went into the Kith Los Angeles grand re-opening, Fieg shared an image of four different Made in USA New Balance 99X releases. Quite possibly exclusive to the shop's L.A. location, Fieg has previously commemorated new brick-and-mortar openings with limited, in-store-only pairs of footwear.

Kith's latest New Balance collection includes two pairs of the 990v4, one pair of the 993, and one pair of the 992. Most styles opt for understated shades of grey and off white, although one pair of the NB 990v4, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary, favors a mauve-reminiscent finish.

A drawing for the Kith x New Balance 99X Series opens on May 8 and closes on Sunday, May 10. Pairs release early at Kith West Hollywood, with additional quantities being made available on Monday, May 11 at 11 a.m. in store, online, and on the Kith App in New York, London, Paris, and Tokyo timezones.
