The Foot Locker-Exclusive New Balance 1000 'Mineral' Releases Feb. 20

The New Balance 1000 debuted at the turn of the century, but it's found its footing in the modern era. High-profile collaborations and exclusive colorways across regions and retailers have made it a coveted model amongst longtime and new fans alike. Foot Locker joins the ranks a it's set to release the sneaker in a 'Mineral' style on Thursday, Feb. 20.

Far tamer than the debut duo by Joe Freshgoods back in April 2024, the latest style from New Balance features a slew of off-white and yellow tones across its mixed-materials upper. Suede, ballistic mesh, and synthetic panels throughout the upper keep things pristine for the near-fluorescent yellow flair that animates everything from the profile N logos to the 1000 embroidered onto the lateral forefoot. Underfoot, the trail-informed running model from 1999 opts for a faux-aged finish that complements the top-half well. ABZORB foam found on the newly-surfaced New Balance 2000 ABZORB further indulges in a sun-reminiscent hue that preps the NB 1000 for spring and summertime.
