New Balance’s 1500 “Sample Lab” Pack Continues with Colorful Prints

The party kicks on.

An all-time favorite is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2019; New Balance’s 1500.

For the festivities, we’ve seen a slew of classic and new releases of the Made in England edition, including the ultra-rare “The Trip”pairing, to the recently unveiled London Marathon collaborationwith UK retailers END. And now there’s another Made in England offering on the way, forming part of the “Sample Lab” Pack which also saw a grey 1500 adorn old school Logo print all-over. This too sports omnipresent ornaments in an array of colors and prints which look to take heavy inspiration from Africa. Toebox and underlay mesh rocks a black/white combination weave, with those two colors offering up a stark contrast to the prints on the leather overlays, tongue, laces and midsole. Completing the design is a seasonally-perfect gum rubber outsole and the iconic “Made in England” tongue branding.
