New Balance 2002R “Leather Pack” Delivers a Duo of Monochrome Looks
While the New Balance 2002R has taken a quieter role in recent seasons, its impact on the brand's retro-runner lineup remains strong. As newer models like the 2010 and 2000 series capture attention, the 2002R is set to re-emerge with elevated material choices and a minimalist palette through the new “Leather Pack.”
This latest delivery sees the 2002R wrapped in smooth leather and glossy patent overlays, presenting a clean split between two contrasting colorways. One pair opts for a triple-white aesthetic with black soles and silver accents, while the other flips the look with a fully blacked-out upper, resting on a neutral speckled sole unit. Despite the premium finish, the pairs retain their performance-informed design with ABZORB and N-ergy cushioning technologies underfoot.
Though official release details have yet to surface, both pairs from the New Balance 2002R “Leather Pack” are expected to arrive soon via NewBalance.com and select retailers.
