In typical footwear industry procedure, New Balance kicked things off for their 9060 model via a handful of notable collaborations, including Mowalola Ogunlesi and Joe Freshgoods. Naturally, the brand has followed up these drops with a string of general releases, the next of which has appeared today ahead of its release early next month.

The 9060 has been a break-out success for New Balance this year and they’re not slowing down with it. A combination of the iconic 860v2 and 990 series, this iteration is doused in black and rock-grey across its mesh base and luxurious suede overlays. An italicized ‘N’ logo treated with 3M rests on the laterals while an abstract embroidered version rests on the inner medial. A translucent CR control device rests at the heel before we drop into a chunky midsole realized with a six-stand rubber outsole.
