Teddy Santis has been relatively quiet on the collaborative front. He and his Aimé Leon Dore team have dedicated themselves to launching a seasonal range while finally delivering their New Balance 860v2 project from last summer. All the while, the New York City-native had been prepping the New Balance Made in USA Spring/Summer 2025 collection, which sees its first footwear and apparel drop on Thursday, March 27.
Comprised of nine footwear options, Santis' latest work for the domestic division reworks the beloved New Balance 992 and modern New Balance 990v6 in a healthy mix of vibrant and subtle ensembles. The New Balance 997, which leads the charge on the release front, indulges in an understated 'Mushroom' tone that also appears on other offerings.
As with all of Santis' work for and with the Boston-based institution, campaign materials reveal some of the inspiration behind each project. Visuals for the impending Made in USA lineup position the collection near a coast, with shades of off-white found on the New Balance sneakers evoking images of sandy beachfronts.
The range's most vibrant makeups land on the NB 990v6. An avocado-reminiscent green and rich royal blue animate premium pigskin suede and running-informed mesh bases on their respective pairs. The 19-year-old NB 992 continues its retro run as well, taking on four different looks in the SS25 collection.
Enjoy detailed shots of and visuals for this season's Made in USA offerings from New Balance. 'Mushroom'-accented pairs of the NB 997 and NB 992 will release on March 27 alongside 18 different apparel items. Additional products will release throughout the following months.
