Can’t Afford Supreme? Nike Have the Next Best Thing

Poor-man’s ‘preme.

Let’s face it — we’re all poor. Too broke to afford ridiculous resale prices that people throw on Supreme collabs — but if you love their Air Max 98 effort from 2016 but don’t have the big bucks to pay peddlers, we’ve got the next best thing.

Nike has come to the rescue with this reminiscent pair of Nike Air Max 98s that appear a striking resemblance to Supreme’s Red/Silver pair that dropped back in 2016 (below)

There are some subtle differences though. Apart from the sans- World Famous branding, this Nike Air Max 98 rocks a white mesh upper instead of the silver, it rides a red outsole and the patent leather is replaced with nubuck on the mudguards. Apart from that, it’s pretty damn similar.
