2022 will go down in sneaker history as the year of the Air Jordan 2 and the Nike Air Ship. Though the former has already kick-started it’s campaign, the latter will see out the year (and into the next) with a flooding of white/single-color releases to feed the demand for archival basketball models. As Michala Jordan’s first on-court sneaker with Nike, there’s a little more nostalgia thrust behind the model; and now they’ve called up Instagram mood board HIDDEN.NY to add even more weight, giving the label special permission to unveil the impending Nike Air Ship “White/Green” colorway.
Revealed alongside a matching collaborative t-shirt, HNY has shared a very first look at the pair that also happens to share the colors of the brand. Aside from that coincidence, there’s nothing particularly special about the pair; like the others, it arrives in simple white leathers and rocks trimming of green, as will be the case for a handful of new options like the recently-revealed “Team Orange” and “University Gold” colorways.
Grab a closer look at the pair below, and expect to see these released alongside a slew of other simple colorways over the 2023 season.
