With spring now well underway, fitting themes are beginning to sprout on Nike’s retro running line, from pastel-popped releases to this new kids-exclusive Air Max 90 Toggle “Mushroom”.
Delivered in a mix of traditional mushroom hues, the pair works mostly in earthy tans and browns, before striking toadstool-like mudguard overlays of red and white — along with mushroom-branded tongues — cement the theme. There’s more red to be found in the Air supports, which are again surrounded by browns, before pops of purple and gold fill out the Swoosh overlays, liners, and toggles to complete the design.
Though pairs are already available in Asia, a US release for this Nike Air Max 90 “Mushroom” has not yet been noted.
