The Nike Air Max 90 Gears Up in Greyscale

Presiding as a pillar within the sneaker community for over three decades, the Nike Air Max 90 has undergone a number of transformative compositions. From Terrascape toolings to Futura ensembles, the Tinker Hatfield design was recently seen indulging back in its greyscale roots.

Working in traditional mesh, suede, and leather, the pair runs through a spectrum of grey tones, from cool to earthy, from light to dark. Only few instances of color arise, including subtle pops of pastel pink at the branding and Air supports and a quick flash of volt on the inner tongue that gives a subtle nod to the brand’s “Move To Zero” initiative.

A release date for this new greyscale Air Max 90 is yet to be revealed, but you should expect to see pairs hit select stores and Nike.com in the coming weeks.
