Melitta Baumeister's Nike Peg. Premium Wants You to "Run Like No One's Watching"

New York City-based sculptural fashion studio Melitta Baumeister has more Nike Running collaborations on the way. The latest, a "Volt"-colored Pegasus Premium, was previewed by Sha'Carri Richardson.

Built through the same design lens as an orange Vomero Premium seen during Paris Fashion Week®, the impending project brings an avant-garde fashion aesthetic to the high-performing runner. A "Volt/Cyber/Off White/Noir" color scheme is pre-distressed, commanding attention wherever it appears. The large eye motifs throughout the collab do so as well, bringing Melitta Baumeister's experimental approach and sculpture expertise to an unexpected platform.

Underfoot, the sculpted Zoom Air unit features "Run Like No One's Watching" messaging, serving as a reminder to wearers and further playing with the concept of sight.

It's likely that more Nike Running styles done in eye-catching makeovers are on the way, signaling the Swoosh's continued commitment to have its innovative gear live in multiple spaces.
