Nike Air Flight ’89 “Military Black” Coming Soon
Nike's 1989 lineup introduced two monumental designs that have since become icons in their own right: the Air Jordan 4 and the Air Flight ’89. These siblings in the Nike Basketball family tree not only debuted in the same year but also shared the same cutting-edge visible Air Max cushioned outsole.
But that's not all they're sharing, as the latter has just emerged in a new "Military Black" color scheme — a pair reminiscent of the recently released Air Jordan 4 of the same name.
With smooth white leather and bold black accents, the pair pays homage to its sister sneaker in every way, save the addition of a suede tow — and a significantly lower price point.
A release date for the pair has not yet been set, but official images suggest that a release on Nike.com is imminent. Stay tuned for further updates.
