The Nike Air Foamposite Pro "Pearl" Returns in 2025
One of the most iconic members of the Foamposite family is set to return in 2025, with @zSneakerheadz reporting a re-run of the Air Foamposite Pro "Pearl."
Known for its elegant and understated design, the Foamposite Pro has remained a staple in Nike’s legacy, and this re-release is sure to excite sneakerheads who remember its original debut in 1997.
The Foamposite Pro, distinct from the Air Foamposite One, features a prominent Swoosh on the upper and heel and a unique outsole traction pattern. Ray Allen famously wore it in Spike Lee's He Got Game, which helped propel the shoe into mainstream popularity.
The "Pearl" colorway has seen several retro releases, beginning with its return in 2002 at select stores. Its most memorable re-release came in 2009 as an exclusive drop at House of Hoops. A wider release followed in 2010 (pictured below), and the last official drop occurred in 2015 as part of the "He Got Game" or "Class of 97" Pack, including the Nike Zoom Hawk Flight. Now, it's poised to come back once more to what is shaping up to be a colossal year for the Nike Foamposite line.
