Nike Continues Their Utility Vibes on the Air Force 1 High
edff.
Nike’s utility obsession continues on to the Air Force 1 High, after many of their their classic models over the last few months getting the same treatment.
But now its time to shine for Nike’s OG icon.
The all-new Utility AF! debuts a duo of white/black and a soft pink/rose gold. Both pairs keep the shoe’s OG bulk, silhouette and leather upper intact, but add a ton of new features including new D-shape hardware on the lacing system with fat flat laces, large wavy heel tab (which w’ve already seen on the Utility AF1 Low), a modified throat, NSW beandking on the forefoot and “FORCE” branding on the straps that clearly shouts out design cues from the early 1990s. But through all of the new additions, it still harnesses it’s OG roots, with retro cream outsoles.
A release is scheduled for November 2018, but we’re still waiting on specific dates. We’ll keep you updated.
