Nike’s “Beef and Broccoli” palette has always felt built for colder months, and the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Beef & Broccoli” leans all the way into that seasonal lane with a glossy patent leather twist. Set against deep green tones and rich burgundy overlays, the pair gives the classic Air Force 1 Low a dressed-up finish without moving too far from the model’s everyday roots.

The upcoming Air Force 1 Low works from a dark spruce-style leather base, covering the toe box, quarter panels, and lower overlays in a deep green finish. From there, glossy dark team red patent leather takes over the mudguard, eyestay, collar, and heel panel, creating a slick contrast that makes the colorway feel more polished than rugged.

Black accents do most of the grounding here. The patent leather Swoosh, inner lining, midsole, and outsole all arrive in black, keeping the darker palette consistent while allowing the burgundy patent panels to carry the visual weight. Rope-style green laces add another cold-weather cue, while the silver AF1 lace dubrae adds a small metallic hit at the forefoot.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Beef & Broccoli” also arrives as patent leather continues to work its way back into Nike’s rotation. After appearing across Undefeated collaborations, several in-line drops, and even his-and-hers Air Force 1 options built for wedding day wear, the glossy finish feels less like a one-off and more like a familiar tool in the AF1 playbook.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Beef & Broccoli” is expected to release in Fall/Winter 2026 via Nike.com and select retailers. Further release details are expected to follow in the months ahead.
