The Air Force 1 — Let’s talk about it. After all, it’s celebrating a big anniversary in 2022, with Bruce Kilgore’s iconic design honoring a full forty years of existence. It’s been celebrated in many ways, from a slew of special-edition Mids to an extensive “Anniversary Edition” collection that touches on everything from its origins in the Bronx to toothbrush-wielding releases. Now we’ve come across the next from that collection — the Air Force 1 Low “Feel Free, Let’s Talk” — by way of official Nike.com imagery.

A first look at the multi-faceted release shows a slew of intriguing finishes, starting with a soft pink leather upper. From there, cracked Swooshes sit atop suede mounting plates in blue/red and gold/green on the left and right foot respectively; both of which reach back to chrome heel overlays that sport a traditional Nike Air brand mark. The titular “Feel Free, Let’s Talk” quotation sits at the lateral ankle in handwritten styling, with overwritten “AIR” delivered on the midsole in permanent marker. Said midsoles are delivered in heavily-aged hues, with outsoles of navy capping in underneath. The pair is then completed by sail tongues, laces, and liners; the former decked out with “Anniversary Edition” tags.

Though a release date did not accompany the image set below, you should expect to see pairs of the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Feel Free, Let’s Talk” arrive at select retailers soon.
