Nike Applies "Light Armory Blue" Suede to the Air Force 1 Low
Nike Sportswear is making good use of the "Light Armory Blue" color throughout spring and summer. The Air Force 1 Low is the latest silhouette to don the seasonal hue, presenting it via an elegant suede upper.
Also set to release through a Caitlin Clark Kobe 6 PE, the blue tone covers the bulk of the newly-surfaced pair's top-half. Traditional smooth leather is replaced with hairy suede for an elevated version of Bruce Kilgore's 42-year-old design. "Black" trimming arrives at the profile swooshes, and Nike Air branding on the Achilles' heel and tongue label. Its biggest presence, however, arrives underfoot. The tried-and-prove, "presidential" tooling opts for a pitch-dark finish that allows for the upper to revel in the spotlight.
