Back for its 30th birthday bash, the Nike Air Huarache has been on a no-holds-barred barrage of releases, many of which have taken the more reserved route. This next-up Nike Air Huarache “Off-Noir” does just that by arriving in an everyman’s black and white scheme, but it’s elevated ever-so-slightly thanks to premium construction that earns it an LE (Limited Edition) tag.
Whilst it’s blocking is nothing to boast about — it’s merely an all-black release with white tongue branding and midsoles — it does up the ante with its soft nubuck overlays of Off-Noir that provide a muted finish in contrast to the high-sheen on the nylon toes and neoprene nose. It’s fitted with waxed laces, too, while the whites are tinted with a slightly warm hue to give an aura of elegance.
