The Zellerfeld-Backed Nike Air Max 1000 "Lilac" Releases Oct. 21
Zellerfeld and Nike, Inc. are back with another 3D-printed Air Max 1000. This time, the innovative design arrives in a "Lilac" makeover.
While not as limited as past drops, the latest Air Max proposal has yet to reach the availability as traditionally-manufactured sneakers from the Oregon-based institution. The "Lilac" pair, however, showcases Zellerfeld and Nike's ongoing commitment to each other and 3D-printing within the world of footwear.
Plump Air Max units at the heel come together with zellerFOAM® material to create the model's cushioning. The remainder of the AM1000 is also constructed with Zellerfeld's signature foam, making for a comfortable ride.
The "Lilac" Air Max 1000 releases through a raffle hosted on zellerfeld.com, which closes on Tuesday, Oct. 21, at 1 p.m. EDT. Pairs are priced at $180.
