Nike Offers Up Another Twist on the OG “Purple Berry” Air Max2 Light

Very Berry.

1994’s Air Max2 Light has seen a welcomed return to the market this year, thanks to a slew of all-new iterations and OG retros. But this latest pair to surface slots right in between the two — it’s an all-new colorway that puts an alternate twist on arguably the most notorious AM2 Light OG; the “Purple Berry”.

Swapping out light purple mesh uppers for a darker blueish-purple hue, the pairing keeps it vibrant with the addition of neon Pink tongues and outsoles, while keeping the midsoles, laces, and liner a crisp white. Insoles have flipped from pink to purple and toe boxes to white, while eye-popping pink Air units, black heeled-outsoles and black Swooshes all remain true to the OG.
