Nike is sending a love letter to the Land Down Under with another gem in its Australia-themed collection. Joining the ranks of the Air Max 90 and the Dunk Low, the new Nike Air Max 270 "Australia" is stepping up to the plate, and it’s packing a punch!

This latest Air Max 270 iteration is a masterclass in striking the right balance between earthy tones and cheerful colors. The sneaker's base showcases sail mesh uppers that provide a creamy, dreamy canvas for the other hues to dance upon. The overlays, liners, and heel wraps come glazed in light tan, reminiscent of Australia’s sun-kissed shores. Light pink tints kiss the midsoles, as tender as a Sydney sunset.

But wait – there’s more! The shoe then takes a delightful detour into the realms of color with pops of lavender, paying homage to the picturesque lavender fields in the nation. These pops of purple grace the eyestays, heel pull, and the mini forefoot Swoosh, infusing the design with an effervescent charm.

This Aussie tribute wouldn't be complete without a few nods to the great nation. The heels flaunt a bold “AU” branding, and the insoles are adorned with a special Nike Australia graphic for those who take a peek inside. Gum rubber outsoles round out the design, ensuring that not only do your feet look good, but they feel grounded too.
