The highly anticipated-yet-unofficial Martin-themed Air Max 98will not be a solitary release it seems, with two similarly-colored Air Maxes on the way, arriving in the form of an Air Max 97 and Air Max2 Light — and now the pack is growing once more, with the addition of these Air Max 270s.
And while all of these pairs might not be officially linked to the show, the pack’s consistent bold hits of contrasting gold, blue, purple and red across its black upper is unmistakably Martin, arriving in identical colors to the shows logo:
The black-based 270 (below) rocks a black woven upper, which almost entirely hides the white underlay beneath, with the monochromatic mix also making up the sole unit. Splashes of color arrive on the alternating lace stays, Swooshes and heel detail, each calling upon vibrant 90s-inspired colors.
A release date for all four of the “Martin”-flavored Air Maxes, including the previously revealed Air Max 98s, Air Max 97s, and Air Max2 Lights is still TBA, but you can expect pairs to arrive over the coming weeks at select Nike cohorts like Finish Line and directly from Nike.com.
