New Weaves Hit the Air Max 270 for Spring

Up until now, the only updates we’ve seen on the Air Max 270 have been leather uppers, along with a few minor material tweaks. That’s all about to change as we head into Spring, with the introduction of an all-new woven pattern on the Big Air’s upper.

While this rendition of the silhouette remains true to it’s OG minimalistic DNA through the use of an almost-all-white colorway, it’s given depth and texture through it’s a brand-new cross-hatch weave, which covers the entirety of the upper. Small hits of grey appear ever-so-slightly on the “AIR” tongue, heel and lateral branding, with spikes of pale blue present inside the visible Air unit and insoles. Glazed on overlays add some much-needed separation to the upper – without them in place would cause some serious 3D-puzzle headaches. Capping off the design is an all-white mid and outsole combo.
