Beige/Baroque Brown/Metallic Silver/Volt
Due to its earthy palette and pops of vibrant volt, we first thought that this Nike Air Max 720 was another addition to Nike’s ACG-inspired footwear pack. But, although it would fit in perfectly, it’s missing the key qualifying components: the graphic insoles and ACG Caveman hangtags. Nevertheless, it’s still a crispy colorway — one worthy of reporting on.
Not only is the earth beige and Baroque Brown makeup easy on the eye, but it also includes a few new finishes for the big-bubbled lineage. Firstly you’ll notice the new patterned weave on the upper, one that’s somewhat similar to that found on the Air Jordan 7 “Filbert” from 2012. Keen eyes will also notice a metallic gradient at the heel, that appears to be sprayed over the midfoot Swoosh, too. Aside from that, the pairs arrive pretty standard, with plastic overlays, stock branding placements, and colorful underfoot pop.
A release date for these is yet to be revealed, but you can follow along with updates over on our Twitter feed. So until more news surfaces, feel free to take a peep at the official image set below.
