The Air Max 90 continues to deliver options for all, from the ultra-elegant to the downright whimsical — and everything in between. The silhouette’s latest endeavor, this Nike Air Max 90 “3D Swoosh”, leans more towards the latter end of the spectrum, all whilst bringing unique design elements and keeping a classic color scheme.

Anchored in grey, black, white, and orange, the pair, from first inspections, arrives fairly reserved. Closer looks show otherwise, with the titular 3D graphic Swooshes at the midfoot deviating strongly away from tradition. Graphing themes continue onto the gridded mudguards, though its surrounding overlays, eyestays, branded panels, Air cassettes, and outsoles all opt for simple black finishes. Uppers arrive in a grey mesh provide the pair’s lightest shades — save the piercing white midsoles, that is — before a flurry of orange brand accents and Air supports arrive to complete the design.
