Airbrushed finishes are nothing new to Nike’s Sportswear silhouettes; The Air Max Plus is literally built off the back of gradients. From the “Spray Paint” Swoosh series to the recently-revealed CB 94 and Nike Dunk Low, airbrushed effects have played a consistent role in recent years. Now, a new entry has appeared, with this new Nike Air Max 90 “Airbrushed Pink” popping up by way of official Nike.com imagery.

Dragging the remnants of the Valentine’s Day celebration, the pair proffers a mix of pinks, from pastel to muted to vibrant highlighter hues. Here it’s the mesh toes and collars that feature the titular finish, with a spectrum of white to hot pink appearing. Its overlays arrive in soft pink leather, whilst textured Swooshes and upper eyestays level up to a traditional bubble gum pigment. Muted rusty pinks cover the forefoot eyestays, outsole toe, rear overlays, and Air supports; the latter stowed within a clean white and pastel pink sole unit.

A release date for this all-new Nike Air Max 90 “Airbrushed Pink” is yet to be revealed, but you should expect to see pairs hit select stores and Nike.com in the coming weeks.
