The Air Max 90 Joins Nike’s “Athletic Club” Collection

The Air Max 90 has always weaseled its way into Nike Sportswear’s themed collections. From the whimsical “Have a Nike Day” to the epically-proportioned “Flora Pack” and now, the upcoming “Athletic Club” collection.

For the pack’s first 90s the mantra is much the same, with retro tongue, heel, and insole branding, “AIR MAX 90” wordmarks (here on the lateral mudguard), crimp textiles throughout. There’s a bevy of grey suede overlays that keeps things classic before a bevy of teal and ruby red accents flutter through the release. The pair is then completed by the pack’s signature Nike Athletic Club branding at the tongue and insole.
