Nike Adds Reflective Swooshes to this Black and Silver Air Max 90

Though your thoughts might be primarily focused on the many hot days ahead, the Swoosh is already arranging its Autumn arrivals. A big part of the 2022 Fall schedule is the brand’s retooled and revised classic that the harsh weather ahead into consideration. This Air Max 90 is one of those, as it joins a wider collection from the brand that shares similar traits.

Ditching a staple mesh, leather and suede construct in favor of hardened overlays and water-repellant uppers, the pair’s wear is immediately intended for rougher weather. Add to that a set of reflective Swooshes (both midfoot and forefoot) for low-light visibility, It’s easy to see that Nike has considered more than just the rain. There are added utilitarian pulls, too, as well as unique blocking at the Air cassette — again in silver. All of this rests atop a solid black sole unit to complete the design.

A release date for this all-new Nike Air Max 90 is yet to be revealed, but you should expect to see pairs hit select stores and Nike.com before the weather turns.
