The Air Max 90 “Blood Orange” Joins Nike’s Newest Fruit Pack

Fruity themes are running rampant through Nike’s Spring/Summer catalog, from the Stoned Fruit SB Dunks to the blatant “Fruit Pack” that serves up the likes of the Avocado and Banana-flavored Dunks, to Dragonfruit and Coconut Air Force 1s. There’s also a kids-exclusive “Fruit Juice” pack, as well as this super-sweet Air Max collection that is seemingly flying under the radar. First spotted on the Air Max Plus “Grape,” the pack then expanded to the Nike Air Max 97 “Blueberry” — and now to this Air Max 90 “Blood Orange.”

The pair continues the collection’s use of widely-woven white mesh and outlined Swooshes, the latter featuring blacks trimmed with the titular red-orange hue. More of the pigment appears around the release, with upper eyestays and heel overlays benefitting from the warm hue, with Air supports and half of the outsole also painted in blood orange. The pair is then finished off with the pack’s signature fruit-adorned insoles.

A release date for this all-new Nike Air Max 90 “Blood Orange” is yet to be revealed, but you should expect to see pairs hit Nike.com sometime this Summer.
