Though Fall has flown by at a rate of knots, the supporting footwear options have been left stranded by freight and logistical delays caused by the COVID pandemic. One of those is this new Air Max 90 “Buck Hunter” — but it would still make a nice addition to a late Winter/early Spring rotation.

Of course, you’re not going to go deer hunting in a pair of Air Max 90s, but if you happen to forget your boots, then these sturdy sneakers may offer a little support. Equipped with lightweight, water-resistant ripstop uppers of tan, dusty black durabuck overlays, and hardened mudguards in olive, the pair immediately evokes a sense of the great outdoors. Add to that camo-colored eyestays, and pops of safety orange throughout, and the link is made to traditional hunting gear. the pair is then fitted with beige laces, bright white insoles, and a three-color rubber outsole underfoot.
