Nike’s impending “Flora Pack” has been experimenting heavily with canvas and woven thread, with decorative detail the key theme. Blazers and Air Force 1s featuring Pomegranate and Indigo plants have all be decorated with beautiful stitchwork and cinder soles. Now it’s time for the brand’s Air Max line to join the collection for a second time, with an alternate Nike Air Max 90 “Cork” colorway appearing online today.
Arriving in the same vein as its alternate, this pair presents in a cream canvas construction, though this time around its stitching opts for a tonal finish. Other similarities include a white midsole unit and gritty cinder rubber outsole, tonal cream eyelet and brand panels, and a one-for-one embroidered detail at the tongue. Cork Swooshes and rear overlays return, though this time the texture is finer, and comes flecked with whimsical primary-colored paint splatters, while liners switch from an indigo blue to a caramel hue.
A release date for this alternate Nike Air Max 90 “Cork” is yet to be revealed, but you should expect to see these hit stores over the next few months.
