Nike has made any and every effort to make the Air Max 90 the most visible sneaker in 2020, in this, it’s a 30th-anniversary year, but this next-up release takes that intention literally, with this hi-vis neon and muted Max requiring UV protective goggles for safe viewing.
It’s awesome contrast between muted mesh uppers, striking white pops, and nitrous neon accents make this a one-of-a-kind release one of the most intriguing of the year. Here, muted rose mesh uppers are matched by subdued tones on the eyelets in teal and peach, with a matching musk mudguard and teal Air cassettes setting a subdued base for the neons to come. Piercing pink overlays at the to and mid-panel are met with matching hues at the rear overlays and stowed Air supports, whilst a complementary volt strikes the vamp, Swoosh, and lateral brand panel arrive in audacious fashion. Further hits of the highlighter green hit the tongue branding, insole and rear branding, with the pair completed by striking whites across the midsole, liner, and laces.
Take a peep at this color bombed pair here below, and expect to see these hit select Swoosh stockists and Nike.com before Summer’s end. As always, keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates on its release.
