The Nike Air Max 90 Goes Big on Blue

The Air Max 90 has been privy to some pretty clean colorways since its fully-fledged 30th anniversary run in 2020, with the trend continuing all the way through 2021, and deep into 2022. It appears that 2023 will serve the same fate, with a fresh new unassuming, versatile arrangement appearing in blue and black for the early months of the new year.

Anchored by a muted blue mesh, the pair look to tonal leather and suede overlays, plastic panels, Air cassettes, and eyestays that enable each blued-out element to give off its own aura. Juxtaposing this is a striking white midsole and set of brand marks, with bold black Swooshes and outsoles rounding out the design.

A release date for this all-new Air Max 90 is yet to be revealed, but you should expect to see pairs hit select stores and Nike.com in early 2023.
