First Looks // Nike Air Max 90 “Steelers”

Despite their sizable fanbase, Pittsburgh Steelers fans don’t often see their franchise colors dress footwear. From time to time, though, you’ll see the famous white, black, and yellow appear, just as it’s done on this new Nike Air Max 90 “Steelers” sneaker for Spring.

Boasting an all-to-familiar feel, the pair presents in staple white mesh, with neutral grey suede overlays, bold black leather mudguards, and one-color accents at the eye stay and heel overlays and Air cassette. Here, it’s a golden yellow hue that colors these sections and in doing so, seemingly harnesses the franchise colors. A classic white midsole and two-tone rubber outsole then round out the design.
