The recently-revealed Nike Terrascape collection looks to overhaul classic trainers with redesigns and renewable materials in a line that sits somewhere between Nike’s Space Hippie and Pinwheel projects. So far, we’ve seen both the Air Max Plus and Air Max 90 in retooled designs, but its the latter that has been picking up the most steam of late. After revealing itself in its firey debut “Pomegranate” and sophomore “Fuel Orange” colorways, the Nike Air Max 90 Terrascape continues with a third-up effort in deep ocean hues.
This one is anchored in Grey Haze, with the hue hitting the ripstop upper and textile overlays. Wrap-around oversized Swoosh/heel pulls arrive in the titular “Dark Teal Green” — so too does the tone and insole branding — while semi-translucent midsoles and heel overlays showcase Crater Foam tinted in Seafoam. Outsoles arrive equipped with Grind Rubber, and the usual Space Hippie-like branding completes the design at the insole.
