The Air Max 95 has come off a strong second half of 2020, a year in which it celebrated its 25th anniversary. Likely due to some delays caused by COVID, some of that celebration has spilled into 2021, with a strong run of releases strung out through the year. Now you can add another to that catalog, with a special suede and reflective-riddled number done up in Batman-like Black and Yellow
On first appearance, is fairly tame, with a tonal black and yellow arrangement that is very unassuming. There is enough contrast, though, with material alternating between ballistic-like mesh and supple suede, and a sleek reflective panel appearing along the medial line. It’s this finish that champions the pair — but only under light. Sole units arrive mostly in charcoal, with Air units split between black and yellow. Added forefoot Checks come embroidered in white, while the traditional Swoosh under the ankle settles for a striking lemon — both of which are featured at the tongue motif to complete the design.
A release date for this new Air Max 95 is yet to be revealed, but you should expect to see pairs hit select stores and Nike.com over the coming weeks.
