Available Now // Nike Air Max 95 “Korea”
Kora has had a fair share of regional-exclusive Air Max 95s over the past few weeks, with the incredible Velcro-patched “Pollen Rise” Air Max 95 getting those of us across the Pacific a little bit green with Air Max envy — they even got their hands on the delicate “Spring Flower” releaseearlier this month. Now it appears that they’ll be getting at least one more, with this soccer-fueled Tiger Print Air Max 95 release that odes the nation’s football kits.
The white-based release keeps things basic both above and below the upper’s overlays, with white sole units filled with black Air supports underfoot, and white mesh uppers overlayed with black netting and eyelets above. The focal point is, of course, on the pair’s anatomically-inspired overlays, with the pair alternating between classic monochrome tiger prints and like patterns that ushered in both pink and light blue. toe Caps and tongue overlays arrive in the latter’s mix, creating a mosaic of color and pattern that mimics the nation’s on-pitch kits. Completing the design are color-matched branding hits on the ankle Swoosh and tongue, a reflective white panel in the rear, and Korea-branded insoles.
While there is currently no official release date locked in for this “Korea” Air Max 95, those in the region can expect to see pairs arriving at select Swoosh stockists and Nike.com very shortly. A wider release at this stage is uncertain, but should confirmation of a Stateside and/or global release come through, we’ll be sure to keep you updated on HOUSE OF HEAT’s official Twitter account. Until then, enjoy a closer look at this pair here below.
