The overt design and intricacies of the Air Max 98 has led the silhouette down the path of some crazy colorways — take the recently previewed “Utah Jazz” renditionfor example. But the silhouette is often at its very best when the saturation is turned down, and the palate doesn’t stray too far from an original point. But that doesn’t mean to say that the silhouette can’t get a little wild. Enter this camo-laden, snakeskin-covered tonal rendition of the classic silhouette.

The entire upper adorns shades of “Light Orewood Brown,” mixed in with flashes of muted greys. The upper portion dons desert camo-themed duds, while the lower mudguard sports the aforementioned snakeskin, broken up by a solid-colored mid panel in between Stark white plays a big role int he sneaker’s contrast, before arriving at a misplaced royal blue outsole, which strangely works on every level.
