It seems that the return of two OGs, as well as a two-pack of Social Status collaborations, is only the tip of the iceberg for the return of Penny Hardaway’s first signature sneaker, with another new colorway set to join the catalog for summer, the premium-built Nike Air Max Penny 1 “Photon Dust”
Nike has selected only the finest fabrications for this new release, with premium bone leather uppers linking up with heavy-shag suede overlays in an undyed arrangement. A finer, whiter suede is utilized on the tongues before even brighter shades of blanco are installed across the forefoot overlay and midsole. Pops of cream warm up the pair a touch, with outsoles, Air supports, and forefoot Swoosh branding all donning the hue, before select black marks, branding, and Swooshes add some much-needed contrast to the mostly tonal design.
