This Alien-Like Air Max Plus is Available Now!

Though it’s notably known for its audacious, colorful gradients, the Nike Air Max Plus is no stranger to thematic exploration. It’s often popped up in Nike Sportswear packs that dabble in everything from overbranding to Swooshless takes. It’s next appears to look to interstellar activity, with a futuristic feel applied to the not-so-humble retro trainer.

Anchored on a jet black base, the pair speaks solely through its striking silver and neon green accents, which, when used in tandem, evokes an alienist feel. Spaceship silvers cover the pair at its vein overlays, tongue tip, and midfoot shank, and also feature more subtly on the pair’s Air supports, as well as the 3M reflective tongue panels and laces. Neon green hits enhance the extrinsic feel, featuring mostly on the branding, but also along the underside of the outsole. The pair is then completed by unadulterated TN branding and medial heel Air, and a brushed chrome Swoosh pendant as seen below:

An official release date for the pair is still unknown, but you should expect to see these futuristic Nike Air Max Plus sneak into select retailers and Nike.com in the coming weeks.
