While every other sneaker is settling into muted palates for the impending Fall/Winter season, the ever-audacious Air Max Plus is still gunning for bold, vibrant and colorful creations. This next-to-surface Air Max Plus is aall of those things, pairing earthy bone uppers and gum outsoles with a medley of energetic colors, including coral, yellow, teal and blue. Coral red races up the cage overlay, and drapes the heel, mudguard and toe overlays, too, contrasting well against the pair’s beige uppers. Yellow liners and insoles warm up the silhouette’s palate a little more, before being cooled down by teal tongues and sky-blue midfoot shanks and Air supports. Black Swooshes and eyelets add a touch of contrast but don’t pop off against the bone upper quite as much as the stark white midsoles do, which pierces thought the colorful palate with ease.
