The design draws inspiration from Italy’s national colors, channeling a distinctly festive feel. The white mesh upper provides a clean foundation for vibrant red and green gradient TPU overlays that ripple across the shoe, mirroring the hues of the Italian flag. Mini Swooshes in black offer contrast, while the trademark Tuned Air logo graces the heel, maintaining the heritage DNA of the 1998 classic. The sole unit follows the same bright aesthetic, featuring visible Air bubbles in the forefoot and heel for the model’s signature cushioning.

Although not tied to any specific region-exclusive launch like its Lisbon or Napoli counterparts, this colorway effectively expands the cultural footprint of the Air Max Plus across Europe. Expect the Nike Air Max Plus "Italy" to release during Holiday 2025 at select retailers and Nike.com.
