Nike Combines Mint, Teal and Purple on the Air Max Plus

Though you might not have known it, Sean McDowell's legendary Air Max Plus has been quietly celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2023. News of an OG "Hyper Blue" retro may have woken the audience up, but avid eshays and Air Max heads alike have been enjoying another stellar year from the silhouette. It's next, a women's-exclusive, has just surfaced in a striking mint, teal, and purple set-up — this one fixed with aged-look accents underfoot.

Most of the sneaker's upper is adorned with a light blue hue, while the veiny overlays around the heel showcase a captivating purple shade. The tongues, inner lining, and mudguards display varying tones of aquatic blue, adding to the vibrant mix. The midsole's foam construction takes on a yellowed appearance, infusing a vintage feel into the timeless 1998 design, while mid-foot shanks, along with Tuned Air and Air Max bubbles, also participate in the upper's colorful display.
