The Nike Air Max Plus has a penchant for churning out colorways as if the silhouette was going out of style; It’s defiantly not – just ask my fellow Aussies. Joining that seemingly endless run of new schemes is this Nike Air Max Plus “Stargazing” — a title we’ve given the pair due to several indications of the outdoor experience.

The first and most obvious nod to camping comes by way of the colorful pine tree tongue motifs in a trio of green, magenta, and blue — hues that return for a final touch on the outsole detail. Its gradient meshes upper mimics both a full moon in the night sky and its reflection on a great lake, while flecked midsoles represent the stars above – a fitting touch for the theme. Save the midfoot gradient shank, purple Air supports, and green reflective tongue detail, the rest of the pair arrives in jet black finishes to complete the design.

An official release date for the pair is still unknown, but you should expect to see this Nike Air Max Plus “Stargazing” sneak into select retailers and Nike.com in the coming months.
