"Signal Blue" Animates This Nike Air Max Plus

Sean McDowell's Nike Air Max Plus silhouette has come a long way since its debut as a performance runner sold exclusively via Foot Locker. Today, it's one of the more popular models to feature visible Air cushioning.

Recently, the Tuned Air pioneer emerged in a "White/Signal Blue/Old Royal/Team Orange" color scheme likely to join Nike Sportswear's Spring 2026 roster of offerings. The sneaker sees the bulk of its build clad in a clean "colorless" finish that allows for the slightest contrast to revel in the spotlight. Rich blue animates palm tree-inspired TPU overlays along the profiles, as well as the whale tale-shaped mid-foot shank, and Air Max units across the midsole. Branding elements deviate in equally-eye-catching tones, delivering McDowell's beloved design in yet another compelling makeover.
