The Nike Air Max Tailwind IV has enjoyed a resurgence in 2019, helped along by a two-piece Supreme collaboration earlier this year. While that may well have injected some much-needed exposure to the silhouette, it’s stand-alone offerings have been carrying the torch extremely well, deep into 2019. Next up for the audacious line of Air comes this Tiger-like makeup, which rocks a big-cat like effect on the profile panels, thanks to it’s stark black caging revealing an orange-to-white gradient beneath. White leather is served as the sneaker’s main course, paw-pad pink eyelets and blood-red accents only add to the Tiger theme. Stark black contrast hits continue to arrive on the liner, laces, lacestay underlays and outsole, while an earthy tan leather tongue overlay completes the design.
